University of Minnesota researchers are seeking participants for a clinical trial. We are interested in evaluating the effect of neuropathic pain in individuals living with or without Spinal Cord Injuries.

Participation in the research will take approximately 2 to 4 visits (virtually and in-person for approximately 2-4 hours total. Compensation of up to $25 and local travel expenses will be provided for participation.

Inclusion/ Exclusion Criteria

Inclusion Criteria Living with a Spinal Cord Injury 

  1. Adult age 18 or over;
  2. Individuals with spinal cord injuries must be injured for at least three months.

Inclusion Criteria for those Living without a Spinal Cord Injury

  1. Adult age 18 or over;
  2. No Spinal Cord Injury.

Exclusion Criteria 

  1. Unable to comprehend or follow directions related to this study;
  2. Unable to preform informed consent;
  3. Has a medical condition that in the opinion of the Principal Investigator would compromise the safety of the participant or the quality of the data.
